Customer Responsibility

The purchaser shall be required to maintain and care for the vehicle in accordance with the instructions noted in the maintenance manual. Failure to follow these directions may result in the warranty being void. Any violation of the items listed in the Limited Warranty may void the warranty.

Should-the purchaser/consumer wish to make repairs, the following procedure should be followed in writing:Specify the product or part involved, where, when and from the part or vehicle was purchased. Describe the nature of the defect and/or malfunction.

Note: When notifying Ken-bar Manufacturing Company of a warranty claim, return the defective part only. Do not return the entire product to us unless we notify you this is necessary.

Defective parts must be received by Ken-bar Manufacturing Company before replacements are returned. When defective parts are received it shall be repaired or replaced at the option of Ken-bar Manufacturing Company provided it has been found to be defective in materials and/or workmanship, and the terms of the warranty have not been breached.

Any expense for packing, shipping and/or mailing a defective part or parts to Ken-bar Manufacturing Company shall be borne by the purchaser.

All implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited in duration of ninety (90) days.

This warranty does not cover and is intended to exclude any liability on the part of Ken-bar Manufacturing Company whether under this warranty or under any warranty implied by law. For any indirect or consequential damages for breach here of or there of. Ken-bar Manufacturing Company, its dealers and/or distributors shall not be liable in any event for personal injuries or damages to property caused directly or indirectly by use of the products.

Note: Some states do not allow limitation on how long any implied warranty lasts or on the exclusion of indirect or consequential damages, so the above limitation on duration of implied warranties and the above exclusion of incidental and consequential damages may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

Labor for repairs made by purchaser will not be paid.
