Warranty

Ken-bar Manufacturing warrants to the original purchaser of its Go-Karts or Mini-bike, that if any part or parts (except engine) prove to be defective in materials and/or workmanship within 90 days. Bearing, wheel hubs, rims, chains, tie rod ends, steering spindles, throttle and brake pedals, brake drums and brake bands. No warranty on belts, clutches, throttle cables, worn out tires, and bent axles. One year warranty on frame breakage. Wrecked or abused, no warranty. Phone Ken-bar Mfg. for authorization to do the repair work. Retail customer must pay freight charge on parts to our plant and return.

This warranty does not apply to any part, which is of the opinion of Ken-bar Mft. Co., that rendered defective due to improper maintenance, improper assemble, alterations, abuse, negligence or accident.

Warranty registration cards must be returned to Ken-bar. We will not honor a claim unless the card is mailed to us within 10 days of puchase of Kart or Mini-Bike. Customer must view video after purchasing vehicle and put code number at end of video onto the registration card.

Warranty work done, must be turned into us each month. If you wait until the end of the year to turn it in, then we will not honor those claims.
